HON. LAWRENCE BANATUNDE AYENI (MHR)THE MAN OF THE PEOPLE.

The Representative of Ijesa South Federal constituency, Hon. Lawrence Babatunde Ayeni (MHR) set to hold another graduation ceremony for graduands on the list of his people-empowerment programmes next week. According to information available to us the empowerment will  start by 10am at his office Okesa Street, Ilesa.

As usual, the graduands have been trained by experienced and qualified personnel on the skills/job of their choice. The expenses for their training and graduation programme with the provision of working equipment and tools are duly sponsored by the lawmaker.

It's on the record that the number of people empowered so far by the lawmaker stand as follows;

1). 3,515 graduated in hair dressing scheme

2). 5,650 graduated in Tailoring scheme.

3). 4,500 graduated in Adire, Tie and dye scheme.

4). 6.000 plus graduated in decorations, soap making, cosmetics, candle making and wirework schemes.

5). Financial assistance are given to thousands of market men and women to upgrade their businesses.

6). Hon. L. B. has provided succour to a number of people, especially people who are despaired, or  who have lost hope of becoming self-reliant in life.

Above all, Hon. L. B. Ayeni is a politician of the grassroot, who is always after the welfare of his people. He is a man of the masses, he listens to their problems and proffers solutions as much as it depends on him

Kudos should be given to the lawmaker for his innovations/ideas to teach the people how to catch fish themselves.
