Aregbesola openly acknowledged anti-party activity

Former Governor of Osun State, who has been under serious fire because of his involvement in the last gubernatorial election in Osun State, where he played a major role in the emergence of Senator Ademola Adeleke of the PDP, was at the Palace of Ataoja of Osogbo on a courtesy visit. The visit became a very important event as the comments of his host vindicated all passionate progressives in the state.

The Ataoja of Osogbo, HRM Oba Jimoh Olanipekun Oyetunji’s speech further explained Aregbesola’s anti-party roles in the last gubernatorial elections in Osun State. Despite claiming to be an APC party chieftain and leader, Aregbesola did everything in his capacity to jeopardize his party’s chances in the recently concluded state and national elections. His activities were not covert, as they could be felt and seen by everyone, followed by the appointment of some of his allies by the incumbent Governor as a reward for their anti-party efforts.

In the words of His Royal Majesty, Oba Jimoh Olanipekun Oyetunji, in a trending video, “The (Adeleke’s) Government of the day came in easily because you (Aregbesola) helped him.” He ( Aregbesola) seated beside the King acknowledged joyfully. 
This explains Aregbesola’s role in the just-concluded elections.

The video (below) is generating a lot of reactions online as it seriously questions why the former Governor is still parading himself as a ‘progressive’ despite his obvious efforts to destroy the APC in Osun State.
