Osun, Ademola Adeleke and the Government in Need of Tutorials
The current administration in Osun have not completed a single infrastructure better than iconic Olaiya flyover bridge, yet they don't stop to call it a dead trap. The flyover many of them, the evil foretellers, predicted would collapse within weeks of construction, has been in use for almost two years now. Glory be to God. And kudos to the economic genius, Oyetola, who did not cave in to their shallow counsel.
Those who bad-mouthed the project are the same people expressing their joy over the ongoing reconstruction of Osogbo - Iwo road which the same Ex-Governor Adegboyega Oyetola and his counterpart in Oyo state, Governor Seyi Makinde, initiated and mobilized contractors to commence serious work on.
No doubt, handlers of the current administration in Osun state lack the needed capacity to govern a state like ours, as their incompetence is daily pronounced.
Osun has become a failed state under the administration of Governor Ademola Adeleke as people can no longer breathe on account of his zero initiative and lack of commitment to their well-being. For instance, Osun remains the only state in the entire Southwest with no substantive palliatives measures for its citizens.
We implore the state governor and his team to, rather than continue to wallow in the pool of their administrative ignorance, seek help from the right and informed channel.
The governance of Osun is obviously above their head; so they need some urgent tutorial on purposeful statecraft.
