The Appeal Court Sitting in Akure has yesterday Reaffirmed that Kabiyesi Oba Adegboyega Famodun as constitutional rights and qualified to be installed as Owa of Igbajo Land.

In the case filed by the Agbon of Agbooju omi compound of Igbajo challenging the nomination of Oba Adegboyega Famodun as Owa of Igbajo land.
Investigation revealed that two sides are entitled to the throne of Owa of Igbajo and the immediate past king is from Agbooju Omi linages and automatically the other lineage which Oba Philip Adegboyega Famodun III belongs is entitle to the stool of Owa of Igbajo land.
