Former member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Lawrence Babatunde Ayeni, has extended warm birthday felicitations to a well  respected All Progressives Congress (APC) stalwart, Hon. Israel Ajibola Famurewa, hailing him as “a man of honour, integrity, and uncommon dedication to public service.”

In a heartfelt goodwill message released to mark the occasion, Hon. Ayeni lauded Hon. Famurewa’s outstanding contributions to nation-building through decades of committed public service. He noted that Famurewa’s political journey — from his two-term representation of Ijesa South Federal Constituency at the National Assembly to his impactful stewardship as Chairman of the Osun State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB) — is marked by courage, purpose, and measurable transformation.

Hon.L B Ayeni further commended Hon.Israel Famurewa for his enviable legacy as a grassroots politician and loyal APC chieftain. He described him as a leader whose open-door policy, philanthropy, and tireless community engagement have endeared him to people from all walks of life.
