Ambo’s Withdrawal Rumour Is Fake, Malicious — Banik

The rumour circulating that Asiwaju Munirudeen Bola Oyebamiji (AMBO), the leading gubernatorial aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun State, has withdrawn from the race is false, baseless, and a figment of the imagination of political detractors. Those behind this misinformation are merely intimidated by his rising popularity and widespread acceptance across and beyond the state.

AMBO’s track record speaks for him. He is a man some may love to hate, but none can deny his influence, competence, and expanding support base. He remains the aspirant to beat in the August 8 Governorship election in 2026

We therefore assure party members and the general public that AMBO is firmly in the race and fully committed to clinching the APC ticket. By the grace of God and the will of the people, he will emerge victorious and become the next governor of Osun State in 2026.
Ambo movement is not bothered by the campaign of calumny from some quaters as we know that God is on our side . Yoruba says igi ti o ba ni eso Lori ni omo araye n ju po po lu. Ambo all the way !
