“GOMAN ILESA EAST HOLDS SPIRIT-FILLED 2025 ANNUAL WORSHIP EVENING AT RCCG KINGS ROYAL CATHEDRAL”


The Gospel Musicians of Nigeria (GOMAN), Ilesa East Chapter, held its highly anticipated 2025 Annual Worship Evening on Friday, December 12, 2025, at Kings Royal Cathedral, Isokun, Ilesa. The event was a remarkable evening of heartfelt worship, thanksgiving, and fellowship among gospel ministers and lovers of gospel music.
Distinguished guests and ministers of God graced the occasion, including Pastor Alabi and his wife, Pastor Mike Ademisoye (Baba Mojigbare), Elder Niyi Fadipe, and Founding Bishop Mike Bamidele of Victory Chapel International, who was ably represented by Pastor Daniel Oyeyemi.
The evening’s message, drawn from Psalm 136:1, focused on “Mercy” — a reminder of God’s unfailing love and compassion towards His people. The sermon stirred hearts and encouraged believers to continually thank God for His enduring mercy.
One of the major highlights of the program was the presentation of certificates to the newly appointed patrons of the association. 

 Honourable Lawrence Babatunde Ayeni, FMHR, who, in his goodwill address, commended GOMAN for their consistency in promoting gospel music and worship in Ilesa.
Hon. Ayeni expressed his joy at being part of the worship evening once again, describing it as “God’s work.” He promised to continue supporting the vision of the association and assured members that he would deliver their message and work towards ensuring their requests are met. He also extended financial support to the family of a deceased member of the association, a gesture that was warmly appreciated.

The organisers, in turn, expressed profound gratitude to Hon. L.B Ayeni for his unwavering support, generosity, and commitment to the growth of the association. 
They acknowledged his consistent presence at GOMAN events and commended his “listening ears and compassionate heart.”

The night ended on a joyful note, filled with songs of praise, dance, and renewed spiritual strength, as members and attendees departed with hearts full of gratitude for God’s mercy and faithfulness.
