Osun 2026: Baba Odeyemi, Omowaye Meet Sen. Fadahunsi
Ahead of the August 8 governorship election, the All Progressives Congress (APC) leader in Ijesa land, Elder Odeyemi, alongside the immediate past Commissioner for Works in Osun State, Engr. Remi Omowaye, met with the Senator representing Osun East Senatorial District and Chairman of the Senate Committee on Industries, Distinguished Senator Francis Adenigba Fadahunsi, OFR, on Thursday.
The strategic meeting focused on the ongoing continuous voters' registration and mobilization efforts ahead of the forthcoming governorship election in the state.
In a statement by his Head of Media and Public Enlightenment, Hon. Omole Oluwasegun Omo-Osodi, Senator Fadahunsi tasked all party faithful to continue mobilizing for the APC.
He also declared his support for the party's flagbearer, Asiwaju Bola Oyebamiji, stating:
"We are all Bola Oyebamiji. It is our duty to ensure we redeem our state from total collapse. Oyebamiji is capable of taking Osun to a higher level. He is a man of pedigree who will deliver and bring the dividends of democracy to the people of our state. He is educated, and without doubt, he will not only employ teachers but provide quality education for all."
The Ilase-Ijesa-born lawmaker assured party victory at the polls come August.
