Owa Inaugurates Palace Advisory Committee and Team, Seeks Members' Support for Development

The Owa Obokun Adimula and Paramount Ruler of Ijesaland, Owa Clement Adesuyi Haastrup has formally inaugurated the six-member advisory committee and twenty-one member advisory team to join him in driving industrialization of Ijesaland.

Addressing the advisory committee and team members shortly after swearing to the oath of allegiance, the paramount ruler stated that Ijesaland cannot afford to merely boast about its past glory, hence the necessity for reinvigorating its economic transformation.

Owa Clement Adesuyi predicated the selections of the individuals who comprise the committee and team on their distinguished backgrounds, notably their significant contributions to the construction of the new ultramodern Owa's palace and Ijesa Geriatric Hospital, as well as their intervention in the sustenance of Leventist Agricultural School through student sponsorships.
He commended the level of dedication displayed by the patriotic elites, whose selfless endeavors have repositioned Ijesaland among the Yoruba cities and towns, urging them not to rest on their laurels.

He stated that another team of Chinese experts and local large-scale investors, who have already endorsed his agricultural and economic initiatives, would soon visit Ijesaland for another inspection and expressed hope that the newly inaugurated advisory committee would provide professional support to bring the vision to fruition. 

In response, Asiwaju of Ijesaland, Chief Yinka Fasuyi, described the selection of members as a noble call to serve their homeland.

Asiwaju Fasuyi extended congratulations to the Ijesa people on the selection of Owa Clement Adesuyi Haastrup as the paramount ruler, highlighting his exceptional love and passion for the land's development. 

He stated that the only way to reciprocate this commitment is for individuals to participate in the Ijesaland Development Fund initiative, which prioritizes accelerated growth, with a focus on Owa Ajimoko III's Agricultural projects.
