BREAKING : INEC Shifts Osun Governorship Election to August 15th, gives reasons

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has officially rescheduled the Osun State Governorship Election.

The election, earlier fixed for Saturday, August 8, 2026, will now hold on Saturday, August 15, 2026.
INEC says the change follows adjustments in its revised timetable in line with the Electoral Act, 2026.
