BREAKING: Osun Ghost Workers Scandal: New Evidence Submitted to EFCC in Sally Tibbot Petition Against Adeleke

_26th March,2026_

More troubles for Governor Ademola Adeleke. The writing is on the wall for his administration, and it doesn't look good. The passing week has been a disaster, with one crisis after another. The mass exodus of lawmakers from his party seems to be gaining momentum, with fourteen members of the State House of Assembly considering a jump to the opposition APC. The sudden defection of a member of the state parliament during the week has reinforced rumors suggesting that they are already gone in their spirits. It's a clear sign of no confidence in the governor’s leadership.

And as if that wasn't enough, the governor is also facing a very strong petition from Sally Tibbot to the EFCC, adding to his woes. With his party members fleeing and corruption allegations looming, it's a tough time for the governor. The question is, can he turn things around, or is this the beginning of the end of his administration? Only time will tell.😊
Much as Governor Adeleke's administration may be trying to distance themselves from the Sally Tibbot ghost workers scandal, the problem continues to rear its ugly head into the spotlight. His administration, despite claims that it has petitioned to the anti graft agencies for their investigation did not avail the public with any proof of service of the petition on the ICPC or the EFCC. The fact that there's no record of their petition to the EFCC, unlike the Sally Tibbot's, raises questions about the sincerity of their initial claims. This has further fuel speculation about the administration's integrity and involvement in the scandal with the people asking for what's likely to happen next?

The Nigerian public can now be safely informed that Madam Saa’dat Otun, the Chairman, Owner of Sally Tibbot Audit firm has petitioned the Anti Corruption Commission, EFCC revealing more damaging evidence of corruption in the ghost workers scandal against Mr Ademola Adeleke’s administration. The public will recall on government’s claims that it has petitioned to the anti graft agency ahead of this time. However, contrary to this claim some people believe strongly that there was no petition submitted to anywhere on the issue by the government. They alleged that it was a government propaganda aimed at dousing the tension generated by the development then. They said that apart that the content of acclaimed submitted petition was very weak, it was not even submitted et all. Hence, the unusual quietness from the EFCC/ICPC also the need for the Audit firm to instance a new and stronger petition which was genuinely served and duly acknowledged by the agency.

According to citizens, it will be pretty bad for government to condescend so low, claiming it submitted a petition it didn’t actually submit. Such claims, if eventually bursted, will form a huge disgrace for this administration. It will reinforce some people’s belief that they truly lack integrity.

Meanwhile, the good people of Osun state and Nigeria as a whole are eagerly waiting to witness the anti graft agencies’ first move in their investigation activities.
