August 15 in Focus as Tinubu’s Appointees From Osun East Visit Osun Senator, Fadahunsi

Three appointees of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu from Osun East Senatorial District, have paid a courtesy visit to the Senator representing Osun East, Francis Ade Fadahunsi, as part of consultations ahead of the state’s forthcoming governorship election.
The appointees—Engr Olurแบนmi Omowaiye, Executive Director, Project Implementation at the Federal Housing Authority; Engr Kayode Sowade, Executive Director, Engineering Services at the Ogun-Osun River Basin Authority; and Hon. Dayo Eluyemi, federal commissioner representing Osun State at the Federal Character Commisson—visited the senator in his Abuja residence. 

The meeting, according to sources, centred on strategic discussions regarding the governorship election scheduled for August 15, with a focus on political alignment and stakeholder engagement in Osun State.

All three Senators from Osun State were elected on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP have unequivocally endorsed President Bola Tinubu as their sole and legitimate Presidential candidate for the 2027 general elections.
