Osun APC to Unveil 2026 Governorship Manifesto May 1, Targets Sustainable Growth and Inclusive Development
The Osun State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the official unveiling of its 2026 governorship manifesto as part of preparations for the forthcoming gubernatorial election in the state.
The event, described as a major political milestone, is scheduled to hold on Friday, May 1, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Aurora Events Center, Osogbo, under the leadership of the Director-General of the Campaign Council, Hon. Oluwole Oke.
According to the notice signed by Omolebi-Sunday Segun Tunde for the Director-General of the APC 2026 Osun State Gubernatorial Campaign Council, the manifesto unveiling will present the party’s policy direction, governance priorities, and people-centered agenda aimed at repositioning Osun State for sustainable growth, inclusive development, and shared prosperity. The party noted that the blueprint is carefully designed to address key developmental challenges and offer practical solutions for the people of the state.
Expected at the high-profile event are members of the APC State Executive Council, party leaders, local government and ward executives, members of the National and State Assemblies, former deputy governors, and traditional rulers led by the Ataoja of Osogbo. Also invited are religious leaders from both Muslim and Christian communities, market leaders, women groups, youth organisations, professional bodies, civil society groups, trade associations, as well as media organisations and online platforms.
The APC described the manifesto unveiling as a defining moment in its journey toward delivering purposeful leadership and responsive governance for the people of Osun State. Party stakeholders believe the event will further strengthen public confidence in the APC’s vision ahead of the 2026 governorship election, while reinforcing its commitment to building a prosperous and people-driven Osun. Guests have been urged to be punctual for the landmark gathering.
