Osun State Vanguard News has once again called on the Nigeria Police Force and the Department of State Services (DSS) to take urgent action regarding an alleged plot by a group led by Hon.Ibikun Fadipe (IBK),Chairman of the Osun State Universal Basic Education Board (SUBEB),to organize a protest that may truncate the peace of Ijesaland.

According to reports,the individuals involved in the planned protest are alleged to include thugs and other dangerous elements within society.
It has also been gathered that the protest is allegedly intended to pressure security agencies into releasing certain individuals described as political thugs who were arrested in recent weeks.Credible sources further suggest that there may be attempts to secure their bail through unofficial channels.
   
There are also allegations circulating that Hon.Ibikun Fadipe is a major financier of these hoodlums in Ijesaland and across Osun State.
   
Further allegations indicate that some of these individuals were previously involved in violent activities across the State.These incidents reportedly include an attack on the Executive Chairman of Ede North,Hon.Elliot,during the commissioning of a modern complex in Ede.

Osun State Vanguard News therefore urges the Nigeria Police Force and the DSS to continue their investigations and ensure that all individuals involved in criminal activities are brought to Justice. 

The organization also calls on security agencies not to succumb to any external pressure regarding the release of suspects currently in custody.
 
In addition,security agencies are encouraged to intensify efforts to address ongoing threats to peace and security in Osun State.

The following individuals have been identified by sources as persons of interest in connection with these allegations:

All these thugs were coordinated by Ibukun Fadipe,Wale Akerele (Honorable representing Ilesa West State Constituency),Wahab Arewa,Diti Aluko(Stay at Home Chairman Ilesa West)

These individuals are alleged to be involved in activities threatening the Peace and stability of Ijesaland and Osun State at large.
   
Osun State Vanguard News reiterates its call on all security agencies to act decisively in safeguarding lives and property and to ensure that Justice is served without fear or favor.
